You will NOT be permitted to.

1. Do not bring any animals or pets into the club property.
2. Do not bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment onto the Club premises or the rooms.
3. Do not use any electrical appliances that may set off the fire alarm system, such as toasters, mini cookers, or portable grills. Also, do not tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment.
4. Do not utilize any rooms to store items (personal or otherwise) that could, in our sole opinion, cause damage to any rooms or be a risk to the health and safety of our staff or property.
5. Allow our management, housekeeping, and/or maintenance staff to have access to your room as and when required. Housekeeping is permitted full access when required.
6. Do not remove, damage, or destroy any Club property.
7. Do not use any technology and/or internet facilities provided by us to download or access any unlawful or obscene material.

ENTERTAINING AND MEETING GUESTS

• Members (and in-house guests) are allowed to bring guests free of charge up to 3pm from Monday through Thursday.
• Please note that guest fees will apply for every guest after 3pm Monday through to Thursday.
• Friday through Sunday guest fees will be applicable to all guests during any time of day.
• Members will be debited for guests at the rate of Rs. 200.00 per guest.
• NIC number and details of the guest need to be provided to the Front Office.
• The club rules specify that a guest can come to the club only twice a month and six times per year.

CAR PARKING

• Each room guest is entitled to one parking slot per room booked at the CSC.
• We will issue you a vehicle pass after a vehicle pass request form has been filled in at the reception.

DEFAULT CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you do not utilize your reservation (no-show) or fail to cancel prior to the stipulated time period, there will be no refund granted.
• For cancellations within the stipulated time period, please complete the cancellation request form and submit it for completion of the request.

• Cancellations that are made less than Fourteen (14) days prior to confirmed day of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.

• Minimum Stay period 3 Nights.
• Cancellations that are made less than forty-five (45) days prior to confirmed day of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.

• Cancellations that are made less than Thirty (30) days prior to confirmed day of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.

DATE CHANGES

• A guest is entitled to only 2 date changes before the cancellation period. If the cancellation policy is in effect any date changes will be charged as cancellation and additional per room per night charges may apply.
• Any requested rooms will be subject to availability.
• If you wish to change the date of reservation, it can be done so by sending a mail to [email protected]

CHILD POLICY

• Children between the ages of 0 – 6 will be considered FOC (Free of Charge), with a maximum of 2 children per room.
• Any additional children between the ages of 0 – 6 will be charged USD 5 per night.
• Children above the age of 12 will be considered as adults.
